1. Conflicts Minerals Policy

Sonim Conflict Minerals Policy

Sonim commitment on Conflict Minerals Legislation

Sonim is committed to taking all steps to comply with the legislation and has implemented a comprehensive due-diligence process to meet our obligations.  The due diligence measures performed are in conformance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) Conflict Minerals Rule pursuant to section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.  We also use the manufacturer Conflict Minerals Report (CMR) to meet the legal requirement.

Sonim’s Supply Chain Expectation

In light of broad public concern over the so-called conflict minerals issue, suppliers who manufacture components, parts, or products containing tin, tantalum, tungsten, and/or gold must be particularly vigilant to follow commitment of sourcing those materials from environmentally and socially responsible sources only. Materials, which either directly or indirectly contributes to conflict, are unacceptable. Suppliers shall define, implement and communicate to sub-suppliers their own Conflict Mineral Policy, outlining their commitment to responsible sourcing and legal compliance and measures for implementation.
